A meet and greet is scheduled at your home or property to discuss the general parameters of your project. All necessary information will be recorded to create a working budget range and timeline.

design process

A Designer or Architect will meet with you at your home to help define your vision for the project. Initial concept(s) will be presented using 3D software. These concepts will be further refined, materials selected, and final construction-ready plans will be created. New Roots will be present throughout this stage in order to provide budget and feasibility insight.

detailed bid and contract

Using the drawings from the Designer/Architect, we will create a detailed bid and timeline for your project. If accepted, a construction agreement is signed and your project is scheduled.

construction

Whether you stay in your home or move elsewhere for the duration of the project, we will treat your home as if it were our own. We are committed to keeping your home clean, safe, and organized every step of the way. Craftsman quality work is combined with thorough project management to create a stress-free service experience.

final walkthrough

Once your renovation is complete, we use a final walkthrough checklist to make sure our work meets your highest standards. With your approval, we will sign off on a completed contract.
